Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, please contact us through our Contact page.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll resolve it with a reship or a refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
